Synopsis for Lesson 1:

Exodus 17-19

1.⁠ ⁠The Israelites lacked water and God provided water.
They were attacked by the Amalekites and God gave the Israelites victory.

2.⁠ ⁠They reached Mt Sinai. God taught them to be respectful and reverential towards their God.

They were to clean themselves and prepare to meet their holy God.

3.⁠ ⁠In the same way, as believers, we are to treat our God with deep respect.

4.⁠ ⁠We are to obey God and keep His commandments.

Then, He will treat us as His special treasure- protect, shield and guide us.

TRAINING FOR NATIONALS

Thanks so very much to our great Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for the privilege and joy of praying, training and giving to the fruitful training, learning and growing together.

When we train followers, we have addition but when we train leaders, we will have multiplications. We are training nationals for integrity and skills (Ps. 78:72).

1. Our prayer partners and giving partners form the foundations. Thanks so very much for your partnership and fellowship. We need you all ever the more to pray and give as the good Lord expands us to help the Nationals of Bhutan.
2. Our trainers sacrifice their time, talents and resources. We really appreciate you all.
3. Our national pastors and leaders take time off home and ministry to grow, glow and go for Jesus Christ. Some travel from afar to get to the training places. Thanks for the privilege and joy to serve you and to add value to your life.
