Goat Project NE India

God has enabled us to help by giving prayers, funds, medicine and advice. More than these, the good Lord willing, we desire to sustain the pastors n families in rural areas by providing them with goats. We had done that in the western parts of Nepal and God had used that project in great ways. Taking care of goats need little care and maintenance and has minimum risk. Milk, meat and sale of kids would sustain the livelihood of the pastors and families.

Proposal:
1. Needy pastors will be given 2 female goats each costing S$300.
2. Five pastors will be selected first with one as the co-ordinator . They are accountable to one another. If this goes well, another team will be selected as the Lord supplies. We are praying for clusters of pastors in certain areas and certain states.
3. Prayerfully, there will be 3-4 kids in six months from the two female goats. Praying that there be further additions in the months ahead.
4. The family is brought together to take care of the goats, with minimal distraction for the pastor’s ministry.
5. 10% of Profits made in sale of milk, meat or kids will be reserved to help buy goats for other needy pastors.
6. Assessments will be made once every three months for an initial period of one year.
7. There will be the main coordinator with sub coordinators in different areas.
